This 16-Hour PRCS EA&S with Rescue Practices course teaches students OSHA standards for entry of permit-required confined spaces. Additionally, students will be trained on rescue practices for jobsite emergencies.Students completing this portion of the course will meet the OSHA Respiratory Protection training requirements for the use of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatuses (SCBA) and Supplied Air Respirators (SAR).

- Hazard Recognition and Prevention on Worksites
- Ventilation of Confined Spaces
- Emergency Rescue Practices

Note: Respirator Fit Testing may be provided during these training sessions for individuas who are medically cleared. Students who would like to be fit tested must bring their own respirator and contact the trainer prior to class. Smoking, eating, or drinking is prohibited 30 minutes prior to respirator fit testing.
