This 10-Hour Site Safety Training (SST) - Online course provides safety training in accordance with NYC DOB Local Law 196. This course is required by the New York City Department of Buildings (NYC DOB) for all construction and demolition workers on job sites with a Construction Superintendent, Site Safety Coordinator, or Site Safety Manager.
This online course consists of the 8-Hour Fall Prevention and 2-Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness classes. This course is provided online and on-demand; students may start and stop course modules as necessary. In order to earn credit for this course, students must complete all course modules and pass the final exam with a score of 70% or higher.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be eligible to receive their SST card.

Who Should Take This Course?
Note: This course should be completed in concurrence with the 30-Hour OSHA Construction Industry course. Students must be able to present a current OSHA 30 card in order to receive their SST card.

Certificates | Students receive temporary certificates at the end of class. Flagger and Scaffold students will receive photo ID cards by mail in under 2 weeks. OSHA students will receive OSHA cards by mail in approximately 30 days. |
