This 10-hour SST Combo Course includes the 8-hour Fall Prevention and 2-hour Drug & Alcohol Awareness classes approved by NYC DOB for credit towards the necessary training for the Site Safety Training (SST) card.
The Fall Prevention section of the course provides construction employers and employees with information on recognizing potential fall hazards at their worksites and suggests ways to avoid, minimize, control or prevent the hazards whenever possible.
The Drug & Alcohol Awareness portion will address substance and alcohol abuse and particularly focus on educating workers on safety and productivity hazards created by the abuse of alcohol and other drugs in the workplace.

Certificates | Students receive temporary certificates at the end of class. Flagger and Scaffold students will receive photo ID cards by mail in under 2 weeks. OSHA students will receive OSHA cards by mail in approximately 30 days. |

The founder of New York Safety and Training is a U.S. Navy veteran with a strong affinity for service.
