The material itself was interesting and easy to understand. Since I’ve dealt with mold for the last six years, the course was pretty much to better grasp and to how I can address the customer when need to. I did learn new things and as the instructor stated, “Mold is ubiquitous!” Federico V.

Instructor was great and he had great command of the materials being presented. Only issue was the location. The Anaheim Training Center has an auto body shop next to the class room where the seminar was being held. Throughout the class their was somebody on the other side of the wall grinding metal which made it impossible to hear. Also the air conditioning was broken and it was extremely hot. America J.
