I've been a property manager for 20 years, I should of taken this class in year 19. I think all Property Managers should take a three day Mold class. I didn't realize you need to protect your self from Mold just as you do from Lead, and some times, more. I enjoy the teachers, and hands on training. I am starting a Water and Fire Restoration company, and I'll be the lead on most projects, I learned so much, so much! I worked harder on this class then I did for Lead, but it was worth it. The staff all were very nice, the training was awesome, and I'm a bit of a clown, and the teachers put up with me. The three day training which I was dreading, went by in a snap. Thanks For allowing me to Attend.

Instructor was great but I felt the course lacked sufficient practical knowledge. Too much focus on licensing and regulations rather than mold remediation in practice. I also feel that the practical and technical knowledge should be delivered in the first two days and let the third day be for the certification, licensing and bureaucracy which is what a supervisor would be more involved with.
