I had a great experience with this instructor. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everyone understood the material before moving on. The way they explained complex topics made them much easier to understand. They were also very professional and organized, which made the class run smoothly. I appreciated how approachable they were—always willing to answer questions. This, instructor created a positive learning environment. But I would definitely recommend them to anyone taking this course.

The course about mold was very useful and interesting, as I learned how it forms and where it is most commonly found in the home. Before, I didn’t pay much attention to it, but now I understand that it can affect health, especially by causing allergies and respiratory problems. I liked that the course clearly explained how to prevent it by keeping spaces dry and well ventilated, as well as how to remove it safely without putting people at risk. I believe it is a practical, easy-to-understand course and very necessary, because it provides tools that can be applied in everyday life to maintain a healthier environment.
