The info was good and the instructor seemed to know the info for the most part.
The hardest thing was to sit for 2 hours and listen to this topic. Not much excitement from the instructor, a very mono toned 2 hours. Sarah W.

The information was good. There was a problem with the sound in that it kept coming in and out. It made the presentation kind of hard to follow. Also, there was a little too much reading from the slides. I found myself wanting a copy of the presentation so that I could review it again at a later date. Bring in house
