Good Morning, I believe the class was a good class but pretty challenging for an introduction to ICRA. Most of my guys found it hard since they've never delt with ICRA before. I also believe there should've been more in depth information about the set of for ICRA. Taking this class doesn't help with understanding and setting up neg air, containment, cleaning ect. There should also be a manual sent out as to every participant so they can reference it later while performing these services. Thank you Gabe C.

This course made it simple to attain my ICRA training certification. The content was presented in a way that was easy to understand, and it also kept me engaged. Being that it was online made it convenient for me to complete the course. I was able to stop if something came up and then pick back up where I left off later on.
