The 8-Hour HAZMAT Refresher course meets the annual refresher training requirements of OSHA/EPA for HAZMAT Technicians, Specialists, and Incident Command personnel, for individuals who will respond to releases of hazardous substances for the purpose of stopping the release. Annual training requirements are completed for Respiratory Protection (including annual fit testing), Fire Extinguisher Use and PPE. This course
Note: Qualitative Fit Testing may be provided during these sessions for individuals who are medically cleared and clean-shaven in the area of the facepiece seal. If you would like to be fit tested in this class, you must bring your own respirator. Smoking is prohibited 30 minutes prior to the actual fit tests.
