Instructor was clear with expectations, direction, and was very supportive and helpful. Alice was very knowledgeable, and offered answers to all questions.
Class contents were just right, not overwhelming, and easy to understand.

I had a very good experience at the course. The instructor was engaging. She had the practical experience needed to answer a lot of questions the students had. She also allowed the students to discuss openly during the class. I would definitely recommend this program again. This may be a required 8 hour class but I believe it can be shorten. Overall, I would still give this 5 stars Craig L.
