This Lead Supervisor/Project Monitor Initial course meets California CDPH requirements for Supervisor/Project Monitor training. In this five-day course, students will learn how lead abatement is performed in a variety of settings. Students will also learn how to safely handle lead materials during construction projects that impact surfaces coated with lead paint. The class meets local training requirements for those individuals that will plan and/or oversee lead abatement work. The course focuses on essential abatement procedures including site preparation, contract planning, project management, abatement implementation and record-keeping.

The class was well structured and culminated with the test!! 100 questions. The instructors were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

The instructer was very knowledgeable in current and past regulations. Erik was always helpful and willing to answer any questions, if he was not positive about the answer he would find out during a break and get back to us when the class was back in session. I really enjoyed the class and found it very ingauging!. Libby C.

The class was very informative. Pat was well versed in the subject matter. The powerpoints, however, did not follow the manual. This made it difficult to follow along during class as well as study after class.
