I believe that the power point presentation was definitely on target hitting all the crucial points that should be focused on in renovation of a property with lead paint. However what made it flow was Barry's ability to integrate the material with life experiences of himself and former class participants which will make the key elements stand out as we go about our tasks. GREAT JOB Adam S.

I recently completed the Lead Safe Renovator Supervisor Initial - MA class with LeadSMART on August 11th, and it was an excellent experience. Running a residential remodeling and construction business here in Massachusetts, ensuring my job sites are safe and fully compliant is a top priority. The instructor was fantastic—highly knowledgeable, engaging, and able to break down the complex EPA and state regulations into practical, real-world applications. The material was presented clearly, and I walked away feeling completely prepared. I highly recommend LeadSMART to any local contractor or project manager needing their certification! WILLIAM N.

Barry did a great job teaching our lead smart class. I went hoping I would survive the day and ended up enjoying the class and the day flew by. The most important thing I learned is how dangerous my job can be and the precautions I need to take to keep my team safe. Loved it. Paul B.

I recently attended the Lead Safe Renovator Supervisor Initial (MA) class and was extremely impressed with the experience. The instructor was exceptionally knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the subject matter. They presented the material in a way that was easy to understand and kept the class involved throughout the day.
The hands-on activities were especially valuable. They were not only informative but also fun, providing a great way to break up the classroom portion of the training and reinforce what we were learning.
Let's be honest—spending a full day in a classroom learning about lead safety isn't something most people look forward to. However, this course exceeded my expectations and was absolutely worth it. I left feeling more confident, better informed, and well-prepared to apply what I learned in the field. I would highly recommend this class to anyone seeking Lead Safe Renovator Supervisor certification. Dylan B.

Lead is a difficult subject to create and keep interest. Barry did a great job doing so. It wasn't just a straight from text course; he included real world scenarios. He mentioned things that may appear to be minor details but actually get overlooked on jobsites. Hands on portion was also a great thing during this training. It's one thing to discuss how to do anything, even better doing it in a practical sense. Overall, excellent experience. Vladyslav G.
