Mark was very resourceful and provided a lot of extra information in addition to the basics of the course - I took 13 pages worth of notes! It was wonderful to take the course via Zoom as well, saving a lot of expenses that a drive from Pittsburgh would have created. Robert S.

The instructor was very knowledgeable in the field, however did not know how to relay the information. He was not very organized with the information. The presentation he used was very outdated. He did not know how to use Power Point so the other instructor would come in to assist and it would interrupt the learning environment. The lights in the room were off the entire time because he believed we needed to focus on the slides, but some of the slides did not pertain to the information he was discussing. Bruce L.
