Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor Combo Initial Courses in Ohio
This Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor combo training is designed to provide information for those individuals who perform lead-based paint inspections and/or clearance examinations on abatement and renovation projects. This course will teach the legal obligations facing inspectors when inspecting for lead hazards, and individuals will learn to determine whether or not lead-based paint or other lead hazards are present in sufficient quantities to require abatement according to regulatory guidelines. This workshop prepares you to immediately apply your knowledge to the field, with extensive hands-on training and real-world examples from experienced instructors.

Albert and the Team at Lianna Development Corporation were wonderful instructor and presenters of the material for both the Lead inspector and Risk Assessor Training Courses. The material was presented in a understandable and concise manner. I liked that both he and his staff provided real-world experiences to emphasize the materials and information they were going over. It was also nice that he had a guest presenter that works for the State come in to show the support being given to the Lead Program in Ohio. I look forward to interacting again with them in my career as a Risk Assessor. Steven M.

As serious and important as Lead is, I thought the atmosphere and class were excellent. it was a laid-back approach which made me feel not as anxious to learn about such a topic and the examination portion. the instructor, Mike, was very knowledgeable, passionate, and right down to earth.
