The 7-hour CDPH Lead General Continuing Education course provides continuing education credit for Inspector/Assessor, Sampling Technician, Project Monitor or Supervisor lead licenses in California.

Your California Department of Public Health (CDPH) lead license must be renewed every year. Maintain your certification by completing at least 7 hours of CDPH-approved lead-related construction Continuing Education every two years. Additionally, any one Continuing Education class can only be used for a maximum of two renewals. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. And presented a lot of good basic information. I would have liked to seen a major take home packet of the major laws, stannd procedures that we often receive in such classes.

Class size was intimate and allowed for interaction and participation during lessons. Instructor provided great anecdotal information regarding the program. It was definitely a good setting to refresh and receive updates regarding the industries current standards.

Even though most of the topics were not related to my field, (Supervisors License for Lead), I found the instructor very informative concerning a wide range of regulatory matters. I think the course is well worth it and I did learn from it.
