Lead Abatement Supervisor Certification Initial Courses
This Lead Abatement Supervisor training provides information on lead-based paint abatement and regulatory guidelines for those individuals that will plan and/or oversee lead abatement work.
A certified Supervisor can perform all of the duties that a Lead Worker can, and additionally a Supervisor is responsible for occupant safety during the abatement process and for writing the abatement plan. The course focuses on essential abatement procedures including site preparation, contract planning, project management, abatement implementation and record-keeping. This workshop prepares you to apply your knowledge to the field, with extensive hands-on training and real-world examples from experienced instructors.

Mr Vincent is excellent! Very funny, good teacher, we can see he knows everything about the course. My only concern is his accent. As I’m a foreigner too, sometimes I had some difficulty in understanding what he was saying, but besides that, it was great. Marcelo C.

The over all course probably had more content than needed. The instructor was basicly a past military, past city worker. He taught like a military guy. Was very strick with time lines, I had to laugh that when the final test came, he required everything off the desk, no talking at all and gave strick 1 hour time. I thought I was back in High school. College testing was never like this back in 70's and 80's. Saying that, he did have very good stories for the content. Though at one time I was so scared based on his stories, I wanted to go get a blood test right then to see how much lead may be in my body and how many more minutes I would be alive. He was friendly yet very loud sometimes and demanding like a sargent on a military run. Christopher B.

I took a lead abatement supervisor class with Flatley read this past week. Four 8 hour days in a classroom.
I expected to be bored to death, I was dreading those days. But to my surprise, Michael made it lively and social. We talked about real life experiences and also learned a lot in those 4 days of class. Hats off for making learning fun and not making me feel like I would die of boredom! ???? Nick K.
