The class was absolutely fabulous again. I have taken IICRC courses through Zack before and they have been very beneficial.... The class was absolutely fabulous again. I have taken IICRC courses through Zack before and they have been very beneficial. Becca and Virginia were extremely helpful when I had change of plans and both ladies helped me to get into the SMT class on short notice. The class instructor Robert was tremendous and obviously a subject matter expert. He kept the class interesting and taught me a lot.

It was a great experience. I've taken many of the IICRC classes over the years and insisted on my staff to do the same. No... It was a great experience. I've taken many of the IICRC classes over the years and insisted on my staff to do the same. No matter even already doing this kind of work these instructors have given me new light in these courses. You can already do the work but I don't think your a professional until you know the walk and talk. Mr. Falzone did an excellent job on teaching his students how to be and act professional. I also have to give credit to these classes on teaching us how to write contracts and Ideas for pricing.
