Bruce and Joanna are outstanding instructors who truly care about their students’ success. I attended the OCT class and was impressed by how well they explained each concept, shared real-world examples, and kept the material engaging from start to finish. I walked away with a much deeper understanding of the subject and several practical takeaways I can apply directly in my janitorial services work. I’ll definitely be signing up for more of their classes in the future as new topics become relevant to my field. Highly recommend—10/10 experience!

I have done 3 other IICRC zoom classes and this was the best one by a mile, The presentation was well thought out and executed... I have done 3 other IICRC zoom classes and this was the best one by a mile, The presentation was well thought out and executed Well Bruce and his staff know their stuff and work together to make sure we get the most out of our money and experience. It was not an awkward zoom class it was as close to being in person as I could have expected. High Praises
