I attended the OCT course through Horizon Educational Seminars and Sandy was the instructor. The manual was very well put... I attended the OCT course through Horizon Educational Seminars and Sandy was the instructor. The manual was very well put together and was easy to follow. Sandy was extremely knowledgeable and presented the information in a way that kept you engaged and wanting to learn more. She had the entire class engaged by prompting open discussion from the students and sprinkling in some jokes to liven the room. I have taken many IICRC courses and would say that Sandy was definitely one of the better instructors that I had. Thanks Sandy and the rest of the Horizon team for a well put together course.
