Gary was terrific! He has alot of knowledge about several different fields of the restoration business. He stopped and asked questions where needed, he also answered every question they the class had. He spent plenty of time explaining it so we would truly know why and not just a simple answer and move on. As an Insurance Adjuster looking to expand the knowledge I was apprehensive however after enrolling and getting to the class I found the instructor was very knowledgeable and prepared to teach on the subject.
