I enjoyed the FSRT/OCT course. Stephanie was very energetic and kept me from feeling tired or sluggish. She interacts with the students all individually and reviews the topics after we cover each one making sure we really understand and retain the information shared. Patrick was very knowledgeable and you could tell based on his experiences. He was very well spoken and polite. I passed the exams with 90%. However after taking the exams I could tell that it would have been much more difficult had I waited to take the exams. I highly encourage anyone taking live stream courses to promptly take the exams and they shouldn’t have any problems. That being said keep in mind the instructors don’t have access to the exams and aren’t able to really give you much feedback on the tests themselves or any specific areas worth studying. Given that I passed with information taught I have no complaints the only thing I would say is that if you’re looking for much class involvement there isn’t any. Mostly direct lecture but the stories and examples Pat uses to help go into the subject matter definitely helped me on the exam. aubrey l.

Chris was an amazing instructor. He is very knowledgeable about the subject matter and relates content in a way that is practical for real life situations and also prepares you for the test. Being relatively new to the field I feel better equipped to deal with real job situations instead of feeling like I learned fire theory. I look forward to taking more classes with him in the future. Chris always puts on a good class. Fun, informative, knowledgeable, but also laid back enough to feel comfortable the entire time. The guy really knows his stuff too. He always has an answer to any question, and most times even a resource if you live out of town. The lunches are awesome, there’s always donuts and bagels in the morning, and his pass rate for the tests is impeccable. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to up their IICRC knowledge and have a good time in the process. Both we very good classes. Sandy knows her stuff and I'm glad I had an instructor with the level of experience in the field as well as the IICRC experience. She gave real world examples and was very good at explaining when we had questions. I will be recommending this class to others
