I enjoyed the class. The instructor kept it fun and tried to get participation from the class . That was great. He mixed in examples in real life as well as simple made up examples of different scenarios.

Bruce was on time, very knowledgeable and had the unique ability to keep the course moving and all of the students engaged. Learning online can be difficult for people but Bruce's knowledge, experience and approach to the subject made the process enjoyable.

Instructor was very engaging and knowledgeable. I do advise this to be a first step class to understand fire basics and then take additional in-depth classes per each category (rugs, deo, and such). I was hoping to receive more demo needs vs clean needs to gain more insight to perform onsite evaluations better but that is tailored for each category.
