Pat is a cool guy and very knowledgeable in the restoration business. I wish he could of gone over what we needed to learn instead of going off topic here and there. I had to re-read everything, make a Quizlet to memorize what I needed to know. But overall, It felt like college online class with just cool stories of large loss involved. Now after taking the test I felt I was unprepared and wish We could of actually gone over what this class is really about.

Course was good, but there were a few exercises in the book that would have been helpful to go over for practical use and that was related to commercial dry out. Scenario questions, etc.

Patrick Dooley was a great instructor and taught us a lot of good information. Originally I was skeptical about doing a class on zoom as I didn’t believe it would be as efficient, Pat made it work. I am very confident that I will pass t he exam. Thanks Pat.

Pat was incredibly knowledgeable. Even with this being a virtual class and not getting the hands on experience that I would have liked, I think I learned more in this class than I’ve learned in any of them prior. He was entertaining and told stories that taught important lessons, and always grounded them in the knowledge that the class is meant to teach. I haven’t taken the exam yet, but I’m fairly confident I’m going to ace it because of his help during the class. 10 out of 10, would absolutely attend one of his classes again, and recommend to anyone else interested in learning the industry.

This class was very informative and well instructed. Even as a webinar the instructors managed to keep everyone in the class engaged and paced the learning materials perfectly. The instructors were very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure each student understood the concepts of commercial drying. Would recommend taking this class to anyone who is new and old to the industry.

Class was great and extremely informative. The Facility was great and the people @ RTI and Berks Fire Water were absolutely welcoming. Our Instructor was very knowledgeable and had great insight. He was a hell of an instructor. He kept the class very interactive. I didn't feel like falling asleep!
