Great instructors and Michelle was very helpful in getting missing samples resent by instructor. Packets came in early enough to print and get zoom logins. Again class was great and informative , and will be looking to take more classes with zack academy

This is the second class I’ve had with Tom Cermak. He is always a very thorough instructor and teaches in a way that is fun... This is the second class I’ve had with Tom Cermak. I feel the instructor although very experienced and knowledgeable could have spent a bit more time reviewing the manual.... I feel the instructor although very experienced and knowledgeable could have spent a bit more time reviewing the manual. Even though we had all previously taken carpet classes, a more in depth review on the second day would have been nice. Overall, the teacher was good as was my overall experience.
