Emphasis will be placed on the process and principles of carpet cleaning, how to remove stubborn stains, how to prevent stains from returning, and the chemistry of carpet stains.

I recently completed the IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician course with Ann from Bedwell Consulting, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The course was extremely informative, packed with valuable insights and practical knowledge that are essential for anyone in the carpet cleaning industry.
What stood out most was the breadth of material covered—from fiber identification and cleaning chemistry to equipment usage and industry standards. Despite the technical depth, Mrs. Ann did a fantastic job keeping the content engaging and easy to follow. Her teaching style is both professional and personable, making complex topics accessible and even enjoyable.
Overall, this was a great course, and I’m genuinely glad I chose this one. I feel much more confident and better equipped in my professional skills thanks to this training.

The class has a lot of important knowledge, but the timing for the class does not suit the information. I believe it is very crucial to spend more time learning these important topics to actually thoroughly understand all aspects of the content.
