Flooring, Subfloor, Concrete and More Courses

In this Flooring, Subfloor, Concrete & More course, students will learn how to inspect and maintain a variety of floor conditions. Specifically, students will learn how to inspect for common flooring issues such as moisture damage, as well as basic treatment options. Special attention is also given to inspections of pre-existing flooring to teach students how to prevent problems before they happen.

This course provides 14 IICRC CECs (continuing education credits). Upon successful completion of this course, students will earn a certificate.

Topics to be Covered: Flooring Compositions and Assemblies; Floor Inspections; Maintenance/Cleaning; Moisture Damage; and Flooring Failures.
