The instructor did not use the printed material at all, which would be fine, but he really had no outline for the day, no overview of what we would be discussing. This was the worst of all the classes I have attended. I considered leaving after lunch. It more or less became a counseling session for the participants to vent about either their employees or their employer/managers. There was no real focus or direction to the class. Several tables did not return after lunch. I was hoping it would get better, but this particular class was a waste of time.
