75-Hour New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Courses

The 75-Hour New Jersey Real Estate Sales-Person Pre Licensing course is for individuals looking to become a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey.  This 75-hour course is required by the state of NJ and will prepare you for the New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson state exam.

How do I get my Real Estate License in NJ?  First, attend the required NJ-approved 75-hour pre-licensing course and pass the course exam with at least a 70% score. Next, schedule and pass the New Jersey real estate salesperson exam within 1 year of completing your course. Fingerprinting and a background check are required before your license can be issued, and you will also need to sign on with a broker to sponsor you. Once all of that is lined up, you can submit your license application package to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission (NJREC).
