The Texas Asbestos Laws & Rules course is for Texas resident applicants or out-of-state licensees and registrants who have completed all of their Asbestos training outside of the state of Texas. In order to be eligible to work in Texas, licensees must complete this three-hour course on Texas asbestos laws and regulations before submitting an application for a license or starting any asbestos-related activities. This training must be completed by at least one officer in licensee organizations. In order to be eligible to work in Texas, licensees must finish the Texas law course within 1 year of applying for a license. This course is in accordance with all requirements of Texas Asbestos Health Protection Rules 295.39, 64, and 65.
Prerequisites:
Out-of-state asbestos training.
