This is a difficult class to instruct as the information is dry, takes a long time, much of the required information is already covered in the pre-requisite classes (BI and MP refreshers). Also, most of the attendees have taken this course 25+ times, so the subject matter is not new to any of us. This is not the fault of Mark the instructor, it is because of the required training components as mandated by the regulations. Despite these challenging hurdles, Mark makes the best of the situation and is able to keep the attention of the trainee with subtle humor, relevant discussions, and real-live examples. He makes the otherwise dry and boring class somewhat enjoyable! OLUSEGUN O.
