Trainer Justin presented the coursework in a wellpaced and engaging manner. Handouts were augmented with anecdotal experiences and classroom interaction. One concern was that some of the diagrams and charts in the printed materials were reduced to the point of being almost unreadable. In conclusion, an informative class that I would recommend to colleagues. Robert E. Owen Hunter Pacific Group.
