In this 4-hour Asbestos Management Planner Refresher - Online course, students will review the responsibilities of those tasked with assess asbestos hazards and implementing asbestos response actions. This convenient online course meets all EPA, AHERA, and OSHA regulations for asbestos professionals to meet their annual renewal requirement.
This course presents a comprehensive review for current Asbestos Management Planners who coordinate the scheduling, planning, and administration of asbestos action responses. This includes activities relating to supervising asbestos operations and maintenance programs. Attendees will go over best practices, workplace safety, regulatory and industry updates, and new techniques for planning such as new industry technology.
IMPORTANT: This course is a refresher course - students must provide a valid Asbestos Management Planner certificate in order to receive this refresher certificate. Additionally, please verify if your state accepts online training for asbestos refresher requirements. Most states administer their own asbestos programs, and each state's Department of Environmental Protection/Health is generally the best place to start with questions about requirements and training. Students are responsible to verify these requirements prior to registering for a course.
