Leon took time to assure you had materials needed to complete the course. Also the equipment had been updated and was very helpful. I was able to speak to Jim for about an hour and was reminded of things that needs to be completed on each survey that you perform in the field. Jim has a great way of getting your attention and holding it during his discussion which is important. I appreciate all the help. James B.

From a content perspective - ridiculously old content. But I get it. It was approved years ago and it would be difficult to update the video when the actual requirements have not really changed much at all. But it is great from an access to training perspective for those who really just need a piece of paper to continue working. So it definitely serves a purpose. Johann A.
