This Asbestos Building Inspector/Management Planner Initial - CA training course certifies individuals to survey, identify and assess the condition of asbestos and asbestos containing material to record and report the results for an asbestos abatement project in California. With taking this combination course, individuals will also be able to develop the written program for managing asbestos containing materials identified during the asbestos building inspection. Changes to regulations, interpretations and a review of state-of-the-art work practices are covered.

Please note: In California, when a person is hired to inspect and sample materials for asbestos, they must be a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) or Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) working under a CAC.
