Very informative review process , even the user interface on the laptop was exceptionally easy to follow . I was able to review information at my own pace and it picked up exactly where I left off every time.. It also emailed me my progress, so I knew how much of the course I had completed .. no surprises !

The course was fine, it did what it needed to. The material doesn't substantially change year-to-year so I wasn't expecting to learn anything new. There were typos throughout the presentations and materials, and I wasn't terribly keen on needing to install a proctoring extension on my computer to take the exams and quizzes.

The online training class was perfect for my work situation. Using the training manual along with the online class, all of the information was applicable to the course. The timeframe was perfect as well, if I needed to take a break, I could go right back to the course. Definitely a good choice to use this method of training.

This course was perfect. It was very informative, and easy to navigate. It was so convenient for me, as I have driven 2 hours to Atlanta to take this course for the past 20 years. I would recommend this course to any of my colleagues.

I really enjoyed this class. The ability to work through the course at your own pace was much better for me than the in person classes. The material was very concise and easy to understand. The class had very good visuals and was very easy to navigate through.
