Asbestos Awareness (Class IV) Online Courses
This 2-hour on-demand Asbestos Awareness (Class IV) Online course is designed for custodial, maintenance, and skilled trade professionals whose work may bring them in contact with asbestos-containing materials. Students will learn how to recognize asbestos-containing materials on the jobsite, as well as best practices for handling and removing these materials in the course of their custodial duties. This course meets OSHA and AHERA regulatory requirements for annual awareness class IV training.
Asbestos is commonly found in structures as insulation. It is a well-known health hazard that has been banned in several countries. Inhalation of asbestos fibers can lead to several serious medical conditions such as pneumonia, asbestosis, and cancer. As a result, OSHA requires specialized training for anyone who may come into contact with asbestos during their work activities.

It's a basic course and accomplishes what it intends. You will learn basic information about asbestos, enough to become aware of where it may reside in a building. There are some problems with the presentation. Section three didn't have any sound, there were typos in the quiz sections, but over all it was good. I liked the videos. Michael D.

I take the asbestos aware of this course. I learned a lot about asbestos what was asbestos coming how it look how to handle it know how long it stays in the air just damage.
