This training course was very informational. I loved how the instructor didn't just read out of a book or power point. He... This training course was very informational. I loved how the instructor didn't just read out of a book or power point. He made it fun by telling stories and making jokes. I feel like more people should take this training course. I also feel more confident when going to a water loss.

The instructor did a wonderful job! My biggest issue I have is with the test. How things were worded in the test was very... The instructor did a wonderful job! My biggest issue I have is with the test. How things were worded in the test was very difficult. We had a lot of new people that are starting in this industry and I feel like they should make the test a open book test. We work in a field that I know time is a factor but once we get there and assess the situation (Safety and Category) and get extraction going is number one.... If there is any questions we always have the information at our fingertips to figure out. Rudy did do a great job and I did learn a lot but I also feel the test made me feel like I can't do this job and it scared me away. I am a marketer for our company and I took this class so I can help out our Technicians when we get crazy busy. I am not a very good test taker and I know a lot of people are in the same boat. I feel we will get a lot more people interested in doing this sort certification if they would make it a open book. I took so many notes and I will put my book right in my bag to make sure I have the information with me at all times.
