More than 4 million foodservice professionals have been certified through the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). ServSafe training and certification is recognized by more federal, state and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification. This is the knowledge every employee needs to succeed when they take the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination.
This course includes an 8-hour on-demand online course as well as a 4-hour in-person session. The in-person session includes 2 hours of exam review, followed by the 2 hour proctored ServSafe certification exam. This proctored exam can only be administered in the state of Nevada.
Note: The live dates listed are for the 4-hour live study session and the proctored exam. Students should complete the included online course prior to attending the live review & exam session.
