This Complying with 2019 MA New OSHA Regulations is an intensive one-day seminar that covers the fundamentals of lab safety while addressing the most critical safety issues in school science laboratories and classrooms. Participants of this course will learn how to handle the chemical, electrical, and biological hazards present in science classrooms. This course also teaches how to create and implement safety programs and appropriate emergency responses.

The Laboratory Safety Institute (LSI) was founded in 1978 by Dr. James A. Kaufman to provide safety training for secondary school science teachers. We are a non-profit (501C3) corporation and Massachusetts Public Charity and the only Non-Profit International Center for Lab Safety in Science and Science Education.
