This 4-Hour COVID-19 Disinfection Technician for Property Managers teaches infection prevention methods to help building maintenance staff keep their employees and occupants safe. It is essential for professional building maintenance and management services to modify their standard operating procedures to keep their employees safe and to protect the homeowners and building occupants they serve.

This in-depth interactive training program will provide the tools to build a comprehensive infection prevention/control program and disinfecting protocols to be implemented. This course covers COVID-19 safe work practices that can be easily implemented into a building maintenance safety protocol.

This program is comprised of two parts: a 2-hour On-demand Course, and a 2-hour Live Interactive Webinar. Both are included with registration. The date and time that you register for are for the Live Webinar portion, which must be attended in real-time.

NOTE: The on-demand course must be completed prior to the Live Webinar date that is selected at registration. Access will be received within 1 business day of registration for the student to start the on-demand training.

PART 2 - Live Webinar:

2-Hour COVID-19 Building Disinfection Technician

This course is geared specifically for any property managers or building maintenance staff who will conduct enhanced cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting. This portion covers:

Enhanced Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Disinfection Protocols for fleet vehicles, equipment, residential properties, and commercial properties
Chemical Disinfection Specifically for COVID-19 and proper chemical safety
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Respiratory Protection for Workers
Pre-service work disinfecting interventions and preparations
