Nobody who works for ATC Group Services Inc, DBA CardnoMassachusetts had any idea what was going on. The majority of the handouts that were copied by staff were missing pages, out of order or the copy was such a poor resolution you couldn't make anything out. The instructor knew the information, but the way it was presented was subpar.
