NFPA 70E for Managers & Electricians Online Anytime is an advanced online safety course updated to reflect the changes to the NFPA 70E standard released by the NFPA in 2021. This course addresses electrical safety in the workplace under the NFPA 70E standard, emphasizing management responsibilities for ensuring safe working practices under the standard. Course topics include a discussion of the importance of NFPA 70E and how the standard is organized and the requirements for an electrical safety program. This course is intended to provide NFPA 70E guidance for managers and electricians in any industry where workers may be exposed to electrical current greater than 50 volts.

Other topics include establishing and verifying an electrically safe work condition, energized electrical work, shock risk assessments and approach boundaries and arc flash risk analysis. Equipment labeling, illumination, housekeeping, confined spaces, flammable materials and requirements for personal protective equipment are also covered, all from a management perspective.
