Why Should You Take This IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician/Applied Structural Drying (WRT/ASD) Combo Course?

Most of all my instructor Bryan Brainerd. If it wasn't for his teaching method and excitement about this trade I don't think I would have learned this so well. He truly has passion for this trade and it shows. His role as my instructor was the key to my learning. He made the course fun and very interactive. A huge thank you for his invaluable time!

Mitch was a phenomenal teacher I loved how he would relate what he was teaching to terms everyone could understand. I've been in many trainings where the only thing that was taught was technical terms and uses, he did an excellent job relating the class to real life situations. I greatly appreciated how he would take time after or before class even his lunch break to help explain things that I didn't quite grasp. The one downfall to the class was there where a lot of people who have never done anything in the industry before so a lot of their questions where off topic and more towards the business side of the industry. However Mitch did answer the question but would steer us right back on track. I feel as if the class should be split for the brand new people and the people who have some experience in the field already
