IICRC Resilient Floor Maintenance Technician (RFMT) Courses

This IICRC Resilient Floor Maintenance Technician (RFMT) course teaches students about the basic raw materials used in the manufacturing of resilient flooring. Students will learn the life cycle of resilient flooring which includes the installation, maintenance, and demolition of these products. By the end of this course, students will learn how to care for resilient floor materials with the appropriate supplies and materials.

Topics to be Covered: Introduction to Resilient Flooring; Classification and Identification; Individual Characteristics; Manufacturing, Installation, Maintenance, and Demolition; Restorative Procedures
