In this Advanced Fire and Smoke Restoration course, students will learn advanced techniques for the remediation of fire damaged properties. Participants of this course can earn their IICRC FSRT, IICRC HST, and OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certifications in just one class.
This unique 5-Day Advanced Fire and Smoke Restoration class provides a comprehensive look at how to complete a fire damage restoration project. From containment to contents processing, students will learn how to document a project with cleaning plans and invoices. Students will also learn in-depth health and safety regulations such as smoke behavior, personal protective equipment, decontamination, OSHA regulation on particulates and emergency controls.
Finally, students will learn advanced restoration techniques such as structural cleaning, smoke deodorization, hard surface restoration, upholstery restoration and corrosion mitigation as they apply to fire and smoke damage. By the end of this course, students will be able to perform fire restoration projects from beginning to end.
Upon successful completion of this course and its exams, students will also earn the IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, IICRC Health and Safety Technician, and OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certifications.

IICRC Exam Fees: $80.00 for each IICRC exam (FSRT and HST exams); retests will be $65.00. These fees are in addition to the registration fee, and are paid directly to IICRC. Please be sure attendees have the proper fees available when attending class.
